Art Therapy Group (Young Women Aged 18-23)
This is an art therapy group for young women (female identifying) ages 18-23. This 4-week group will support you in mental health processing through art in a small group (maximum 4 people) setting. All art supplies are provided and the program is facilitated by a trained Art Therapist.

About the event
This is an art therapy group for young women (female identifying) ages 18-23. This 4-week group will support you in mental health processing through art in a small group (maximum 4 people) setting. All art supplies are provided and the program is facilitated by a trained Art Therapist. The fee is $160 (tax included) for the 4-weeks. This is a cost effective option if you do not have private coverage for individual counselling.
Session Times: Thursday January 19th - February 9th from 6-7:30pm
